This Policy does not limit any consumer rights that, under applicable law, cannot be restricted by contract or by the terms governing the provision of services. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86433d3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"86433d3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-134ddbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"134ddbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Shared Hosting<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e134f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e134f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Client has the right to request a full refund of the amount paid for the initial Shared Hosting order within 14 calendar days from the date of service activation.<\/p><p>If a full refund is approved, the service will be terminated and the Client will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the applicable Shared Hosting plan.<\/p><p>After the 14-calendar-day period has expired, the Client may cancel the service early and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the prepaid service period.<\/p><p>The refund amount is calculated based on the actual amount paid for the service and the unused portion of the applicable prepaid period.<\/p><p>The right to a full refund within the first 14 calendar days applies only to the initial activation of the service and does not restart upon each renewal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de82268 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"de82268\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ef6809 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7ef6809\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Shared Hosting Plan Changes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65a8106 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65a8106\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When switching to another hosting plan, the unused portion of the payment for the current plan may be prorated and credited toward the cost of the new plan.<\/p><p>Such credit is not considered a refund, as the applicable amount is used toward payment for another hosting plan with the Client\u2019s consent.<\/p><p>If the Client wishes to discontinue the service instead of switching to another hosting plan, the Shared Hosting refund rules set out in this Policy shall apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3750239 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3750239\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08f84f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"08f84f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Virtual Private Servers (VPS)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05e12c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05e12c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once a Virtual Private Server (VPS), Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS), or Managed Virtual Server has been activated, payments are non-refundable.<\/p><p>The Client may cancel any future renewal of the service. In such case, the server will remain available until the end of the current prepaid period, after which the service will be terminated. <\/p><p>If a paid server has not been activated or the ordered service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to WorkHost or the infrastructure provider involved, the Client will receive a refund of the amount paid for the service that was not provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a4cf51 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8a4cf51\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10826cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"10826cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Domain Names<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13d2944 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13d2944\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payments for successfully completed domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers are non-refundable.<\/p><p>Once the relevant operation has been completed, it cannot be reversed solely because the Client wishes to relinquish the domain name.<\/p><p>If a paid registration, renewal, or transfer has not been completed and the service has not actually been provided, the amount paid is refundable or, with the Client\u2019s consent, may be applied toward payment for another service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-529130f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"529130f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2335da0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2335da0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Additional IP Addresses<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8aa3bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8aa3bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once an additional IP address has been allocated and activated, the amount paid for it is non-refundable.<\/p><p>The Client may cancel any future renewal of an additional IP address. In such case, the IP address will remain available until the end of the current prepaid period, unless otherwise provided by the technical terms of the applicable service. <\/p><p>If a paid IP address has not been provided, the amount paid for it is refundable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5aad6a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f5aad6a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7536071 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7536071\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Backup and Data Storage Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1734641 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1734641\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once backup, remote data storage, disk space, or other data storage services have been activated, payments are non-refundable.<\/p><p>The Client may cancel any future renewal of such service and continue using it until the end of the current prepaid period.<\/p><p>If a paid service has not been activated or cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to WorkHost or the infrastructure provider involved, the amount paid for the service that was not provided is refundable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad02377 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ad02377\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6dd4b2e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6dd4b2e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Full and Partial Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb7f5da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb7f5da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A full refund means the return of the entire amount eligible for a refund under this Policy in respect of the applicable payment.<\/p><p>A partial refund applies where the Client is entitled to a refund only for the unused portion of the paid service.<\/p><p>The amount of a partial refund is calculated based on the price actually paid by the Client for the service and the unused portion of the prepaid period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfa8120 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dfa8120\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f40538b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f40538b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Refund Method<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a6b9cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a6b9cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunds are processed in a manner that allows them to be clearly linked to the original payment transaction.<\/p><p>If the payment method used supports refunds of the original transaction, WorkHost will issue the refund to that transaction using the same payment method originally used for payment.<\/p><p>Refunds will not be issued to a different bank card, bank account, payment method, or another person, even if the alternative payment method also belongs to the Client.<\/p><p>For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the payer\u2019s account with a payment reference that allows the refund to be linked to the corresponding original payment.<\/p><p>If the technical limitations or rules of the payment method used do not allow the refund to be processed through the original transaction in the standard manner, the refund will be issued using another permitted method that ensures a proper documented link to the original payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d127955 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d127955\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8cfd06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f8cfd06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Refund Currency<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1b1b9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1b1b9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the rules governing the relevant payment transaction.<\/p><p>WorkHost does not perform currency conversions as part of the refund process and does not compensate for exchange rate fluctuations between the date of payment and the date of the refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a40e991 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a40e991\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae08b18 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ae08b18\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Third-Party Fees<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93946e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"93946e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Refunds are issued less any fees charged by banks, payment institutions, payment systems, or other payment service providers that were actually withheld in connection with the acceptance, processing, or refund of the relevant payment and are non-refundable to WorkHost.<\/p><p>The amount of such fees is determined based on the actual costs associated with the specific payment transaction and the terms of the payment service provider through which the relevant payment was processed.<\/p><p>If, when processing a refund, the relevant payment service provider refunds to WorkHost all or part of a previously withheld fee, the amount of such refunded fee will not be deducted from the amount refundable to the Client.<\/p><p>WorkHost does not charge any additional fee of its own for processing refunds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c51223 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5c51223\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddd0ba2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddd0ba2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9caa5d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9caa5d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once the Client\u2019s eligibility for a refund has been confirmed, WorkHost will initiate the refund within no more than 7 business days.<\/p><p>The time required for the funds to be credited after the refund has been initiated may depend on the bank, payment institution, and other participants in the payment transaction and is beyond WorkHost\u2019s control.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac6f025 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ac6f025\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f190be elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3f190be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Refund Request Procedure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e99b812 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e99b812\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To request a refund, the Client must contact WorkHost Support through the Client Area or another official communication channel and specify the service and payment for which the refund is requested.<\/p><p>WorkHost may request information necessary to identify the Client, the relevant service, and the original payment transaction.<\/p><p>For a standard refund, the Client is not required to provide WorkHost with the full bank card number, details of another card, or details of another payment method.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a84ed51 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a84ed51\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c01a7a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c01a7a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">13. Payment Disputes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a0a991 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a0a991\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the Client believes that a payment was made in error or has a complaint regarding a service provided, the Client may contact WorkHost Support to resolve the issue and, where applicable, request a refund.<\/p><p>If a dispute procedure regarding the same payment has already been initiated through a bank, payment institution, or other authorized service, a separate refund of the same amount may be suspended until the dispute procedure is completed in order to prevent a duplicate refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ccc9f77 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ccc9f77\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a00ffd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a00ffd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14.
